A brand new adidas NMD model is headed to retailers starting Summer 2018 featuring an updated construction and new Primeknit patterns on the sleek slip-on silhouette. The adidas NMD Racer Primeknit will debut Summer 2018 with a premium construction featuring a woven Primeknit upper while the full-length Boost midsole moves the signature bumpers to the heel while an updated racing-style traction pattern extends to the toe. A new suede heel panel adds some support while the signature three stripe branding remains on the side panels. What do you think of this updated adidas NMD model? Stay tuned for more colorways.
Following on from a capsule release earlier this year, the tenth anniversary of the “Alienegra” design created by CLOT now sees another new addition to the pattern’s family. This time taking the form of footwear, the latest drop comes courtesy of JUICE and adidas Consortium who have linked up to produce a fresh take on the NMD Racer Primeknit.
A “Black Thorn” variation of the familiar pattern heavily adorns the sneaker’s prime knit upper, while the BOOST sole shows off a more subtle version. The collaborative NMD Racer Primeknit is then capped off with dual-branding, with adidas and JUICE logos appearing alongside the handwriting-style “ALIENEGRA” signature.
Who’s ready for an all-new adidas NMD model? For 2018, adidas Originals will be introducing the adidas NMD Racer Primeknit as part of their Spring/Summer lineup.
Per usual, the runner features a Primeknit constructed upper sitting atop a full-length Boost midsole. New details to the “NMD Racer” includes the EVA insert overlays pushed onto the heel while having an updated racing-style traction outsole on the toe area. There is also a new suede heel wrap for a nice luxurious touch.
